Sustainable Growth
Sustainable Production
At YULYNK, sustainability is woven into every stage of our creation and operation. We work exclusively with first fleece cashmere—a pure, natural material—and embrace a flexible, made-to-order production model to minimize waste. Through these efforts, we seek to achieve a genuine harmony between people and nature, between fashion and sustainability.
Sustainable Team
In the aftermath of the pandemic, many industries have found themselves trapped in relentless competition. What struck us most was not the striving itself, but the quiet fatigue of a generation burdened by survival pressures and corporate KPIs. In this constant struggle, their inner flame—the drive, the creativity, even the joy of life—was dimmed.
Once an executive herself, Changyu understood a truth often overlooked: each person holds a unique gift. A brand and its people are not adversaries, but a shared ecosystem—alive only when every voice and talent is nurtured.
Here with us, there are no timecards, no rigid desks. Work flows freely, guided by trust and the responsibility to one’s own talent. Together, we shape a brand with devotion, perfecting every detail, cherishing every client, and sharing in the rewards. In this way, we protect not only the life of the brand, but also the vitality, creativity, and spirit that will carry it forward.
Sustainability Commitment:
Our mission is to provide comfort to more people while minimizing the impact on the environment, nature and animal across every stage of production. We have chosen to work with baby cashmere, a material sourced in accordance with natural growth cycle of young goats. Collection takes place only during seasonal transitions, when the underfleece naturally loosens. Fibers are gathered using fine combs in a gentle, harm-free process.
To further reduce our environment footprint, each coat collection includes a piece woven from undyed natural cashmere. This approach preserves the inherent color and sheen of the fiber itself.
Through these measures, we aim to respect both people and nature, and to contribute to the long-term sustainability of the ecosystems on which we depend.
